Who we are

Apex Lab was created by Jordan McDonnell from Automoves Racing Team, with the goal to offer sim racing enthusiasts the opportunity to unleash their true potential using engineering and coaching from drivers who compete in the Top 1% in the world.

”Sim Racing is a huge passion of mine, I have been competing on iRacing since 2018 in various disciplines from Sports Cars, Formula to Dirt Oval. I’ve been fortunate to have competed at a high level in Karting here in New Zealand growing up and most recently in Dirt Midgets. I was taught all the fundamentals as a kid and honed my craft as I grew up. Financials were always the limiting factor for me to pursue a professional career, however Sim Racing gives me that platform.

Co-Owning Automoves Racing Team has allowed me to network with some incredible talent around the world. All of which can offer myself and others all types of learnings to improve. I believe there is a huge population of the sim racing community who feel stuck, or don’t believe they have what it takes to race at a high level, pondering where those seconds are on the track, and with Apex Lab I believe we have a one stop shop for those who desire to learn where they can find it.
